My frist time visiting this odd location. Thor’s Well has been nicknamed Gateway to the Underworld. I mean, it clearly is. If you go down there, there’s no coming back! I got lucky having a colorful sunrise during high tide on a November morning. But the most memorable part of this visit, was seeing a humpback breach offshore by happenstance. My wife and I were just looking in the right direction at the right time. A split second later it was gone!
