Thinking back on this amazing sunrise over Trillium Lake last November. There were dozens of other photographers all lined up along the lakeshore waiting for this show. I returned here a week later after a foot of snow had fallen and, of course, there was not another soul around for that sunrise. Too bad that mountain precipitation did not keep up in the form of snow over the winter!
