Description

This sunset was one of the most spectacular from my 10,000 mile road trip across the country. This was really the best time of day to visit this area of the park (on the West side of Tucson) not only because of this color, but because of the scorching mid-May heat! It had begun to cool down (somewhat) as the sun sunk below the horizon.
