One of the most memorable things about Texas was how straight the roads were. One could practically not touch the steering wheel at all and continue in the same direction indefinitely. This wasn’t really good for little suicidal bunnies hopping across the road, which became our victims in more than one situation. I hit one on our way back to camp after this sunset. So sad!
